About me.. I'm a fashion design student at FIT, and avid comfort-dresser-- my feel-good item is a big, wooly sweater. Inspired by the mori (forest) girl lifestyle and nature, but I'm so interested in street culture, too. I love to layer clothes, and wear long skirts.

Excited to see Class of Fashion expand into New York as it also continues in Seattle!

South Korean, Jersey-born, Seattle-bred and currently celebrating in New York City, I've always been on the move, and finding beauty in almost anything and everything has become a natural habit. Fashion has helped me discover myself and my own personality; I love being able to mix and match clothes--tights with shorts and sweaters with button-downs are some of my favorite things to wear. I hope Class of Fashion is able to not only embrace awesome, youthful fashion, but their personalities and life stories through their clothes. I hadn't imagined CF to move beyond high school, so get ready for some inspiring outfeats.

Greetings Class of Fashion readers! My name is Shawna Shadlow and I am a Seattle native fashion enthusiast.  I believe that clothes have a story to tell and that its my job to find out the story behind them. My passion is to become a fashion designer and hopefully creating my own clothing line in the future. When it comes to my personal style i would describe it as very classic and it tends to lean towards the 1940's with a modern twist. Fashion is essentially a concept that is constantly evolving and i hope to portray that concept with new looks and constant updates on current trends.
